Earn a salary; apprentices earn a minimum wage of £6.40ph, with some employers offering slightly more or performance based incentives.

Apprenticeships also offer the possibility of a permanent job at the end of the programme; depending on your performance. Most of the employers we work with go on to offer their apprentice a full time job at the end of their programme; with many going on to gain more responsibility, gaining higher qualifications and/or even mentoring new apprentices into the business.
