
AGL Training Ltd are looking to recruit an Apprentice Manufacturing Operative on behalf our well-established client based in Much Wenlock.
Since its formation in 2002, our client has established itself as the UK's foremost manufacturer of hydraulic lime mortar, lime plaster and lime render.
The position is for an Apprenticeship, initially 15-18 months with the strong possibility of a full-time role at the end of the programme.
During this time, you will work towards the following qualifications:

Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship Standard L2

High Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service Skills
-
English and Maths Functional Skills Level 1 / 2
General Duties
You will receive training to enable you to carry out the following duties:
-
You will be responsible for helping customers and distributors with answering questions on a range of building products.

You will coordinate all product enquiries,supported bt senior technical staff.

Resolve customer problems and maintain high standards of customer care.

Making and receiving telephone calls.
-
Sending emails
-
Processing Orders
-
Dealing with delivery issues
Skills and Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
-
Hold a GSCE Grade 4 or above (or an equivalent).

Be enthusiastic person ideally with an interest in substainable building practices
-
Be hard working and willing to learn
-
Be able to follow instruction
-
Be able to commute to Much Wenlock Daily
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm
Total hours paid: 40 hours weekly.
Pay:
Starting hourly rate:£4.81 £9.50ph (negotiable depending on experience)
