Our client is a bespoke rubber manufacturing company with an ability to provide a large range of precision manufactured rubber products in all sizes and volumes.

​

The position is for an Apprenticeship, the position is initially 15 months with the possibility of a full-time role at the end of the programme.

​

During this time, you will work towards the following qualifications:

​

• Level 2 Lean Manufacturing Operative Apprenticeship Standards

• EAL L2 Diploma in Manufacturing (knowledge and skills)

• English and Maths Functional Skills Level 1 / 2

General Duties

​

You will receive training to enable you to carry out the following duties:

• Prepare material ready for production.

• Operate machinery to manufacture rubber products in line with customer specifications and quality expectations.

• Booking products in and out.

• Follow company policies and procedures.

• Adhere to health and safety regulations.

Working Hours

Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm

Friday 8am - 2pm

Hourly Rate: £6.00
