AGL Training Ltd are looking to recruit a Manufacturing Production Apprentice on behalf of our well-established client based in Stoke-on-Trent.

Our client is a family run business founded in October 2011 and has carefully established a strong reputation within the construction sector. They manufacture bespoke and innovative products mainly used in the construction of high-rise buildings. Their products are designed to save time on site.

The company was founded in October 2011 by Jean-Paul Krzowski and his son Kyle Krzowski, together they have built the family-run business. Over the years, our client has established a reputation within the construction sector for saving time on site with the innovative product range that has been carefully developed to cover every aspect of floor construction in multi-storey buildings.

Our client believes in developing people and their skills. They reward great attitudes and the efforts that come along with them.

The position is for an Apprenticeship, the position is initially 12-15 months with the possibility of a full-time role at the end of the programme.

During this time, you will work towards the following qualifications:

  • Level 2 Lean Manufacturing Operative Apprenticeship Standards

  • EAL Level 2 in Manufacturing (Skills and Knowledge)

  • English and Maths Functional Skills Level 1/2

 

General Duties

You will receive training to enable you to carry out the following duties:

  • Using CNC Plasma Cutters

  • Working with the CNC Press

  • Using CNC Wood Router

  • General assembly work

  • Using hand tools

  • Pallet Loading

  • Vehicle loading and unloading

  • Helping in all aspects of production

  • General Housekeeping

  • General Maintenance Duties

  • Health and Safety

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 8 am- 5 pm

Total hours paid: 40

Hourly Rate: £8 ph.
